How is Crown’s weft different from a traditional hand-tied weft?
Our wefts are machine-made but ultra-thin—thinner than most hand-tied wefts. They can be cut anywhere along the seam without unraveling, and there’s no bulky “mustache” or fold-over. You get flexibility without compromise.
Can anyone order from Crown & Co.?
No—our hair is exclusively available to licensed salon professionals.
Why do I need to be approved before I can order?
We prioritize stylists who rely on consistent inventory to run their businesses.

I applied for access—how long does it take?
Applications are reviewed daily. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and inventory availability.
I was approved but can’t log in. What should I do?
Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for your approval email. Links expire after 30 days—just send us a message if you need a new one!
Where does your hair come from?
Our premium hair is ethically sourced from Southeast Asia.
What does 'ethically sourced' mean at Crown & Co.?
Our sourcing partners work directly with women who choose to donate their hair. Each donor is fully informed and compensated at fair market value. We’re committed to transparency and respect throughout our sourcing process.
How do I care for my extensions?
We include a complimentary care card in every order, with printed instructions for at-home use. Your stylist should review these with you during your appointment. Following these guidelines helps protect your investment and maintain the quality of your extensions.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day. Shipping does not include weekends or holidays.
Where do you ship from, and what options are available?
All orders ship from Louisiana. You can choose from Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, or Overnight shipping at checkout.
How long will shipping take?
Transit times are measured in business days and vary by location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
